With the intensification of market competition,the maturity of code injection technology,and the ability of competitors,M Company is facing unprecedented pressure of survival competition.Market share and margins are at risk.Therefore,whether M company can avoid undertaking huge risk of sales crisis by optimizing distribution channel management has become an important issue urgently needed to be solved.This paper targets M Company,discusses the development and channel management status of M Company,on the basis of the analysis of M company products and market competing products and distribution channel management organizational structure,analyzes the distribution channels of M Company and its management status,face up to the rights of both sides summarizes and analyzes the M distribution channel conflict management of distribution channels,distribution costs,distribution channel response lag issues,Summarize M company’s distribution channel management optimization needs;Puts forward the M distribution channel management goal and the principle of optimization design for the structure of the distribution channel of M company optimization,based on the optimization of supply chain cooperation the distribution channels of cooperation profit distribution,distribution channels based on supply chain collaboration optimization,was proposed based on the implementation of the optimization of supply chain collaboration distribution channels and guarantee.The research of this paper provides solutions based on supply chain cooperation for M Company to improve distribution channel management,which has practical significance.
