| As the core information asset of the enterprises,the value brought by data sharing,integration and application will be of great importance.As a new production factor and economic and social resource of the civil aviation industry,data is the basis of the digital transformation of the industry and the supporting element of the construction of smart civil aviation.In addition to the modern enterprise’s sense of mission of quality first,how to carry out quality management and improve data quality has become one of the necessary topics for many enterprises.As the leading enterprise in China’s civil aviation industry,Air A’s data quality management proposition is no exception.This paper studies the relevant theories of data quality management at home and abroad and the current situation of aviation data quality management,provides theoretical and methodological support for the paper,and provides practical support for the paper through practical work and field research and visits.Through systematic analysis of the current situation of customer data quality and the causes of quality problems of Air A,it puts forward targeted suggestions for improving customer data quality.First of all,the method used in customer data quality assessment of Airline A is introduced in detail.Secondly,it sorted out and summarized the problems and causes of customer data quality of Airline A.In the aspect of customer "identifiability",it could not identify the natural identity of member,in the aspect of customer "accessibility",it could not communicate with or failed to communicate with customers,and in the aspect of customer "marketability",it had the problem of inaccurate customer marketing.Thirdly,problems existing in customer data quality management of Airline A are summarized from four aspects: cognition,management,process and technology.Finally,in view of the problems and current situation,it systematically puts forward customer data quality improvement strategies,namely,training data quality management talent team,building data quality management mechanism,improving enterprise data standards,and improving data quality with the help of technology platform. |
