In recent years,China has entered a state of rapid development,with a large number of people pouring into cities.The high-density development of core areas and the continuous expansion of urban margins have led to a doubling of the scale of public transportation trips.Currently,China is vigorously developing the urban rail transit system,and subway travel has become one of the first choices for urban transportation travel.Major cities are also accelerating subway construction.The schedule management of subway construction has always been a key and difficult point in municipal engineering.Metro engineering has the characteristics of long time span,high professional construction technology,and large investment.How to efficiently manage the progress of subway construction and ensure smooth completion within the construction period is the core of this study.This article takes the project of Lot 3 of CC Metro Line 8 as the research object.Firstly,by consulting a large amount of theoretical knowledge and application of progress management research at home and abroad,and using WBS technology to decompose the project and compare the planned progress and actual progress differences of each sub project,it determines the logical relationship between the sub projects and the required time parameters,and adopts key chain technology to study the project of Lot 3,Identify critical paths and conduct deviation analysis based on project characteristics.Secondly,based on the goals and principles of schedule optimization design,combined with internal and external factors that affect the project schedule,a reasonable schedule change plan is prepared to compress the remaining construction period and achieve the overall project schedule objectives;Propose relevant management process optimization plans from four directions: drawing change,shutdown for inspection,subcontracting,and civilized construction;Propose optimization plans for relevant management team from four directions: performance rewards,job transfer training,mobility management,and establishing a progress team.Thirdly,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the above schedule optimization plan,we propose safeguards in the five directions of technology,resources,personnel,system,and culture.Finally,the full text of the research is summarized,and the future project schedule management is prospected.Based on the theoretical foundation of progress management,combined with the actual situation of the project and the defects in the management structure,this article proposes optimization plans and assurance measures to effectively control the project progress and ensure the smooth completion of the project on schedule,which is conducive to broadening the research field of progress management for urban rail transit projects,and also finding scientific and reasonable optimization measures for the construction of urban rail transit projects.
