With the popularization and development of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,more and more engineering projects begin to enjoy the convenience brought by BIM technology.However,there are some problems which can not be solved by the software of Revit,for example,in the engineering project,it is necessary to test and analyze the interior space net height of the building structure.Because the Revit software can not realize the automatic measurement of the net height of the space directly,and it is time-consuming to cut,measure and analyze the model by manual operation,Because of this,BIM technology does not maximize its value.In order to solve the problem of inefficient utilization of underground space of buildings,this paper takes the detection of net height of parking space as an example,and determines the requirement of net height analysis by studying the code requirements and engineering examples,based on Revit Platform,the software for automatic collision analysis of space net height is developed.Using the Visual Studio 2017 and c # programming language of Revit API as interface,the automatic sequential retrieval of each numbered parking space is carried out by using the filtering algorithm,and the net height of each parking space is detected,then,the net height of all parking spaces is tested.The system can be used to automatically detect and analyze the net height,to automatically code and highlight the parts that do not meet the requirements of net height,and to derive the analysis report of net height.Based on the 2019 Innovation Cup Second Prize in the medical category,Shulan Anji County Health Medical Complex,this paper applies the spatial net height analysis detection system to the actual underground space net height detection,the rapid and accurate analysis of the net height of parking space is realized,and the feasibility and convenience of the secondary development function are verified.In this paper,based on the parametric model,the second development of BIM software and the test result of the actual engineering model,the automatic collision detection function of the spatial net height analysis of Bim model based on Revit software is realized,the problem of space utilization in practical engineering is solved.Automatic inspection of spatial NHA based on Revit will not only improve the accuracy of BIM models and the completeness of Collision Detection reports,it can also reduce the probability and unnecessary loss of the largescale rework of the actual project in the later stage because the space net height is not up to the standard,and provide a reference for the future review of the drawings in the field of building structure and for the review of the three-dimensional model,at the same time,it provides a reference for solving the problems of BIM engineering in China.
