China is a multi-ethnic and vast country, with many regional cultures formed based on factors such as natural and social environments.Urban waterfront landscape is an important component of urban image and logo, directly affecting various aspects of people’s lives. The urban canal waterfront landscape carries the cultural heritage and development context of the city.Currently, there are issues with the lack of distinctive and cultural connotations in the design of some urban waterfront landscapes. The project explores the design and research of the Cangzhou section of the canal waterfront landscape from the perspective of regional culture, hoping to provide theoretical reference for future urban waterfront landscapes.Part Ⅰ:A summary of the background, significance, and purpose of the research topic,as well as domestic and foreign research achievements.By conducting research and analysis on the development of waterfront landscapes, the research background, significance, main research objectives, research content, and research methods of the topic are proposed.By reviewing and analyzing the research results on waterfront landscapes and related regional cultures both domestically and internationally, summarizing the existing research achievements and shortcomings, and proposing research ideas and plans for the project, the aim is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the rational planning and design of waterfront landscapes.Part Ⅱ: Summarize the relevant theories of regional culture and waterfront landscapes. On the theoretical basis of in-depth research on urban waterfront landscapes and regional culture,it is possible to better understand their definitions, types, characteristics, and constituent elements.Regional culture has important value in urban waterfront landscapes.A thorough study of their relevant theories and constituent elements can provide more ideas and inspiration for the design of urban canal waterfront landscapes.Part Ⅲ: Analyze the current situation of the waterfront landscape of the canal from Yongji Road to Jiefang Road in Cangzhou City through questionnaire survey and on-site investigation.Analyze the geographical location and historical culture of Cangzhou City, and summarize the existing material and intangible cultural heritage of Cangzhou. After on-site visits and research, analyze the existing problems of the waterfront landscape of the Cangzhou Canal. These analyses help to gain a deeper understanding of the actual situation of the canal waterfront landscape in Cangzhou City, and provide reference for proposing corresponding design schemes and suggestions.Part Ⅳ: Based on the connotation of regional culture, the design principles suitable for the canal waterfront landscape in Cangzhou section are proposed, the specific strategies for canal waterfront landscape design are formulated, the spatial functions of the canal waterfront landscape in Cangzhou section are optimized, and the objectives of cultural communication, visual effects, functional zoning, perceptual expression, etc.are achieved, reflecting the regional culture of the waterfront landscape of the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal in Cangzhou section. The important purpose of waterfront landscape design is to provide high-quality services for people to create a comfortable living environment.By integrating regional culture, landscape design can evoke people’s joyful emotional reactions and generate resonance. The Grand Canal,as a national key protected and utilized object, requires the support of new concepts and technologies in order to create a waterfront landscape that is more in line with the times and people’s needs, and also plays a huge role in the dissemination of urban culture.I hope to accelerate the leap of the Cangzhou Grand Canal from "geographical space" to "cultural space" through the research and design of the project. |
