| With the development of national urbanization,power cable has been widely used in the distribution system of electric power because it can significantly reduce the area of power transmission cable,is not easy to be affected by weather and climate,and has strong reliability of power transmission.But the power cable increases and the influence of the external environment of use,will inevitably appear all sorts of trouble,and because the cable is buried in the earth down for power transmission,this leads to the cable failure occurs are difficult to timely discover and troubleshooting,which can affect residents’ daily life and production enterprises,Therefore,it is very important to locate cable faults quickly and accurately.At present,the traveling wave ranging method is the main method to locate the fault point of the cable.However,due to the influence of the external environment,the collected fault signal often contains noise signal,which leads to the inaccurate location.Therefore,this paper proposes a method based on the combination of CEEMDAN and wavelet transform to analyze and process the fault signals,so as to improve the accuracy of cable fault location.(1)This paper first introduces the background and research status of cable fault location at home and abroad,and then the causes of cable fault,fault types and cable fault location methods are described and analyzed.The basic theory and concept of traveling wave ranging method are introduced emphatically.(2)In order to solve the problems that fault signals collected during cable fault location contain noise and fault transient traveling wave head identification is not accurate,a method based on CEEMDAN and wavelet transform is proposed to analyze and process the collected fault transient traveling wave signals.Because of the phenomenon of mode aliasing in EMD method,CEEMDAN is chosen instead of EMD.First,the fault signal is decomposed by CEEMDAN,and then the useful signal in the noise component is screened by wavelet transform,and then the useful signal is reconstructed with the dominant component of the useful signal,so as to reduce the deviation between the reconstructed signal and the original fault signal and improve the filtering effect.Finally,the time difference between the two faults is determined,and the fault location is determined by the traveling wave ranging method to improve the accuracy of fault location.(3)MATLAB was used to build cable fault simulation model.First analyzes the cable fault voltage signal characteristics of different fault occurs,then respectively by using wavelet transform and the improved algorithm to analyze fault transient voltage traveling wave signal processing,the improved algorithm of positioning results comparing with wavelet transform positioning results,the simulation results show that the improved algorithm contrast Yu Xiaobo transform to improve the precision of the cable fault location.Finally,the cable fault signal detection system is designed according to the simulation model.Figure [62] table [4] reference [88]... |
