| Infrared signatures are an important means of searching for live targets in complex environments;humanoid targets that can simulate human infrared signatures are an important tool for the testing and training of special operations target search capabilities.Currently,humanoid targets are commonly used for vehicle collision detection,such as collision dummies,usually with human muscular strength and weight as the simulated object,but human infrared signature simulating targets have not been reported.The article is based on the "Bio-fidelity Humanoid Target Construction and Real-time Damage Testing Technique" project,in which the simulation of 3D infrared features of humanoid targets is investigated.The 3D infrared feature simulator of the humanoid target is designed and completed based on the analysis of the infrared characteristics of the human body in different postures and the construction of an Asian human model,and the results are experimentally verified using an infrared camera.The most important works in the thesis are:1)Human infrared characteristics model.Through the analysis of infrared radiation theory and human thermal energy,the relation between human infrared characteristics and the heat produced by the human body will be obtained,and through the analysis of Asian human characteristics,the designed human target surface,height,weight,and the target temperature of individual parts will be obtained.2)Developing external hardware to simulate 3D infrared human characteristics Through the model of human infrared characteristics and reference data,the shape of the humanoid target is designed,and the external hardware of the humanoid target 3D infrared characteristics simulator is implemented with an electric wire as the heating module,a graphite sheet as the thermal conductivity module,and an aluminium foil as the infrared display module,which simulates the reflectivity of human skin.3)The design of the lower computer for the 3D infrared feature simulator of the humanoid target.In the design,the STM32F103 is used as the main control board for the control system of the humanoid target 3D infrared feature simulator device,the system hardware circuit is designed and the drivers for each module are developed.A fuzzy PID control algorithm for the humanoid target 3D infrared feature simulator device was designed,implemented on the main control module,and tested in a joint commissioning process.The results show that the modules are working normally and are communicating with each other correctly.4)Experimental analysis of the Humanoid Target 3D Infrared Characteristics Simulator.Data acquisition was performed and an infrared camera was used for image acquisition after the various modules of the humanoid target infrared feature simulator were connected.Findings show that temperature of all parts of human target 3D IR characteristics simulator can reach set temperature,and IR image display can show all similar human IR characteristics normal.The experimental results are as expected,and the humanoid target 3D infrared feature simulator can normally simulate human infrared features,laying a solid foundation for developing a humanoid target 3D infrared feature simulator in China. |
