Steam turbine equipment is widely used in industrial production.Due to its complex structure and harsh operating environment,the equipment inevitably generates some abnormal vibrations that affect production activities.Collecting and analyzing its vibration signals can detect the operating status of the equipment,which helps to prevent accidents from occurring.Traditional vibration acquisition and analysis systems are often difficult to carry,have a single application scenario,and lack spectrum analysis functionality.Therefore,by studying vibration acquisition and analysis systems and improving conventional systems,their portability,applicability,and professionalism can be enhanced.This article adopts an embedded multi CPU master-slave system to design the collection terminal and upper computer.The Quanzhi A133 SOC processor is used to build the upper computer hardware platform as the host,responsible for system management,task scheduling,and human-machine interaction functions.The CH32V307 main control chip of RISC-V architecture is used to build the collection terminal hardware platform as the slave,achieving the frequency doubling collection and data transmission functions of vibration signals,Thus,the front-end vibration data collection function,back-end data analysis and processing function,and human-machine interaction function of the system are all implemented on handheld devices.This system meets the requirements of portability and has the characteristics of localized core control and modular overall design.Based on Qinheng CH32V307,an adaptive frequency doubling sampling firmware has been designed,which enables the collection terminal to track the speed of rotating mechanical equipment such as steam turbines and conduct high-precision periodic frequency doubling sampling.It can obtain key vibration information such as keyphase frequency,keyphase comparison voltage,gap voltage,and ramp rate of the steam turbine rotor in real-time,reducing the impact of spectrum leakage.In order to reduce the difficulty and cost of firmware iteration in the later stage of system acquisition,a BootLoader boot program with in application programming IAP function was designed,which enables the system to easily and quickly complete firmware upgrades without the need for professional code burners and upper computer burning software through reserved communication interfaces.A human-machine interaction software suitable for the Android platform was designed based on Quanzhi A133 SOC,which achieved functions such as issuing commands to the acquisition terminal,receiving and processing vibration data,analyzing vibration signal spectrum,and visualizing waveform.The upper computer uses a transport layer TCP protocol based on Ethernet to ensure stable transmission and reception of vibration data.The SQLite3 database is used for real-time storage of multi-channel original vibration data,which facilitates further research and analysis of historical data in the later stage.Through joint analysis of eigenvalues and time-frequency waveform maps,the equipment operation status is determined.In order to conduct functional testing on the handheld vibration acquisition and analysis system,a rotating machinery platform was built.The test results indicate that the handheld vibration acquisition and analysis system designed in this article meets the expected functional indicators.This system can synchronously sample vibration signals with a sampling accuracy of up to 4 channels of 16 bit,track the speed of the turbine rotor,adaptively sample the frequency doubling period,and update firmware in IAP mode through BootLoader.This system can store vibration data in real-time and achieve spectrum analysis function.In summary,the handheld vibration acquisition and analysis system designed in this article can meet the expected design requirements.
