In this thesis the actuality and development of monitoring blade vibration inChina and other countries is summarized. In order to get the vibrant amplitude andfrequency of a turbine blade, a method capable of measuring each blade in a rotating row thatcalled tip-timing measurement is presented in this paper. The method offers some uniqueadvantages over traditional strain-gage method. Only two sensors over the top of blades andone synchronous sensor of the rotor aye used to get the exact vibrant amplitude and frequencyof the each blade in a rotating row, and at the same time more exact results are obtained andthe life of the system is prolonged. Moreover a high accuracy system of vibrationmeasurement on rotational blade has been developed in this dissertation, and a frequencycompute program is compiled. The validation and well foreground of the method is verifiedby an experiment. |
