| Steam turbine is an important large-scale industrial equipment,which is mostly used to drive generators,compressors,air compressors and other equipment,and in power generation,chemical industry,metallurgy and other industries.The working principle of steam turbine is to convert heat and pressure of high temperature and high pressure steam into mechanical energy by high speed rotation,so there are always different degrees and types of vibration in operation.If the vibration control is within the allowable range,it will not cause harm to the equipment.However,due to errors in processing and assembly,corrosion and abrasion,and non-standard operation,abnormal vibration will occur during the operation of the unit,especially during the trial operation.Because steam turbine is the active engine,once abnormal stop will cause the whole production process to be interrupted,causing huge economic losses,seriously affecting the normal operation of enterprises.Among the causes of abnormal shutdown of steam turbines,the most common one is the vibration of steam turbines.Therefore,for field maintenance personnel,the vibration determination of steam turbine units requires very strong accuracy and real-time.As the steam turbine unit is composed of thousands of sets and tens of thousands of parts,its composition is extremely complex,which greatly increases the difficulty of determining the cause of vibration of the unit.Therefore,how to diagnose and check the abnormal vibration of steam turbines has always been an important topic in the maintenance of steam turbines.In this paper,the characteristics of steam turbine vibration form are analyzed,and the differences and similarities among various kinds of vibration are compared.The causes of vibration are determined by the frequency spectrum,phase and waveform of vibration fault,and the mapping relationship between vibration form and fault is established.Therefore,the main idea of this paper is to find out the abnormal vibration,find out the causes of the abnormal vibration,and determine the causes of the abnormal vibration,and finally get the method to solve the abnormal vibration.According to the actual cases of several vibration faults,this paper describes the phenomena when the vibration faults occur,and uses various methods to investigate and judge the causes of the faults.Finally,some simple and fast methods are used to solve this kind of vibration faults. |
