| With the rapid improvement of people’s daily living standard,cars have begun to enter ordinary people’s families and gradually become people’s daily necessities,greatly facilitating people’s ride and daily life.However,as the total number of cars in big cities increases greatly,the parking problem has become a major problem faced by large and medium-sized cities.It is estimated that a large part of the city’s car parking situation is caused by the failure to find a clearly defined parking space,which not only directly affects the city traffic and causes inconvenience to others,but also easily causes the car to be cut and rub damage and other disputes.With the increase of urban ownership,the parking problem has become a common phenomenon in large and medium-sized cities.The sustainable development of the three-dimensional garage can give full play to the land resources,give full play to the absolute advantage of living space,and allow to store cars,as an important way to solve the problem of static public transportation.In this paper,the two-layer mechanical lifting and rotating parking equipment as the research object,and combined with the actual research and development project,the two-layer mechanical lifting and rotating parking equipment of the main program design,mechanism selection,structural design and other contents of the analysis and research,completed the overall program design.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual space size of the site,the structure of two-layer mechanical lifting and rotating parking equipment is designed.Under the condition that the bearing capacity is satisfied,the relevant parameters of the design are put forward.Finally,the transmission mode and overall as well as the size of the vehicle board,rotating column and other components are determined,and the overall design scheme is completed.(2)This paper analyzes the mechanism composition and working principle of two-layer mechanical lifting and rotating parking equipment,obtains the maximum load through calculation,analyzes the parameters according to the requirements of relevant specifications,and finally selects the model of deceleration motor.(3)A load of various working conditions was studied,and the typical working conditions were finally determined through different load combinations.Moreover,the stress analysis of each component was carried out by creating a finite element analysis software model,and the results confirmed that each component met the requirements and verified the rationality of the structure.Through the analysis and research on the mechanism of the main scheme,this paper provides ideas and methods for the design of two-layer mechanical lifting and rotating parking equipment and applies them in the design of practical products. |
