| In the new era,urban space has entered a high-quality development stage,the concept of community life circle has become a new direction of community construction,and the city has entered the era of stock planning.The central area of the old city has compact land use and prominent contradiction between people and land.It has always been the main body of stock renewal.The community mixing attribute is significant.On the one hand,it brings convenience to residents’ life,on the other hand,it often brings problems and troubles.Excessive mixing is bound to form conflict and interference,bring confusion of community functions,and cause the collapse of spatial system.Therefore,the livability degree of mixed community life circle in the central area of the old city needs to be explored and studied.Based on the community life circle,this paper takes Xinjiekou Street in Nanjing as the research object to calculate the multi-dimensional mixing degree,and selects the typical area with the highest mixing degree as the mixed community of empirical research for livability evaluation.Through in-depth analysis of the evaluation results,this paper summarizes the livability problems of the mixed community life circle in the central area of the old city of Nanjing,so as to put forward the corresponding livability improvement strategies of the mixed community life circle,In order to help the mixed community life circle effectively improve its livability based on its existing advantages.In the part of theoretical and practical research,by combing the relevant theories and research status of community life circle,old city central area,mixed community and community livability,this paper summarizes the current relevant research directions and achievements,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.In the mixed degree measurement part of community life circle in the central area of the old city,Xinjiekou Street is selected as the research object to construct three dimensions: 10-15 minute life circle,5-minute life circle and block plot,covering land use,building area,POI,spatial form,building attribute and management plot,and using multiple technical methods and multiple data,The measurement method and path of community mixing degree in the central area of the old city from macro to micro,qualitative and quantitative.And use this method to calculate the mixing degree,compare and analyze the calculation results,and summarize the attribute characteristics of the mixing situation of Xinjiekou Street community life circle.The livability evaluation part of the mixed community living circle in the central area of the old city forms an operable three-level evaluation index system suitable for the livability of the mixed community in the central area of the old city of Nanjing Based on the community living circle and according to the construction principles and basis.Select the two areas with the highest mixing degree in Xinjiekou Street: Jizhao garden area and yizhiyuan area as the research object,carry out the livability evaluation by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and find out the deficiencies in the livability construction of the research area according to the evaluation score results,so as to deeply analyze the index scores at all levels and summarize the common problems of mixed communities in the central area of the old city of Nanjing.In the part of livability improvement strategy of mixed community life circle in the central area of the old city,based on the community life circle,aiming at the problems of livability construction of mixed community in the central area of the old city summarized by the livability evaluation results,this paper tries to put forward livability improvement strategies.At the level of living circle of residential(grass-roots)community,we should complement the elements of facilities,tap the potential stock space,optimize the spatial layout and improve the service quality;At the level of neighborhood life circle,specific guiding measures are put forward from four aspects: environment,safety,facilities,management and neighborhood relationship.Taking a typical mixed community as an example,the design strategy is implemented into the specific space in the way of design guidelines. |
