Research On The Street Form And Design Strategy Of Residential Communities In Kunming City Based On The Life Circle Theory

With the rapid development of the social economy,the scale of the city is constantly expanding,and the coverage of the city is getting wider and wider.The staged problems of urban development also follow.The migration of a large number of people to the city at the macro level has resulted in uneven development of various regions of the city,insufficient allocation of public basic service resources,replacement of new and old residential quarters at the meso level,urban village reconstruction and roads The network structure is unreasonable and so on,the quality of life of urban residents in the microscopic aspect is gradually decreasing.The theory of life circle is combined with the concept of urban planning.From the perspective of urban residents’ daily life needs,in-depth research is carried out to determine the actual needs of urban residents,and then adjust the city’s resource allocation and redesign the city’s problem space.Optimize the residential streets of the city to achieve the goal of making the city a better life.Starting from the theoretical study of the life circle,this thesis takes Kunming as the research object,from the overall structure of the city to the people in the community,from the macro to the micro research,divides the life circle within the city,taking the second ring of Kunming as the scope.The area is divided into a commercial center living circle,a mixed commercial and residential living circle,and a residential living circle.The specific community within the living circle is studied,and it is concluded that there is an unbalanced resource allocation and a mismatch in the allocation of basic service facilities in the Kunming urban living circle.,Residential community space is not continuous,the property rights of old communities are complex,and the lack of inclusive space reduces the accessibility and integrity of urban residents’ residential space,and the lack of community pride and happiness of residents.The article studies the problems faced in the life circle,the adjustment of the configuration of basic service facilities,the optimization of the street network,and the renewal of the street space.Allow basic service facilities to accurately cover all residential communities,and after street optimization,it can greatly shorten the distance from urban residents to service facilities,while optimizing street space,so as to meet the needs of urban residents for higher quality in the development demand of modern cities.
