As the center of social and economic activities,the city is the most active space for logistics activities.With the development of the urban economy,the expansion of land use and the improvement of the transportation network,the urban logistics layout is also in the process of continuous development and evolution.The construction of a scientific and reasonable urban logistics spatial distribution structure is of great significance for rationally allocating urban logistics resources,improving the efficiency of logistics operation,and promoting the coordinated development of logistics industry,urban construction and industrial economy.In this context,this paper firstly sorts out the related concepts of urban logistics and urban logistics spatial layout,and defines the rationality of urban logistics spatial layout,thus clarify the research object and evaluation system construction goal of this paper.And the basic theories such as theory,industrial location theory,and urban space theory are summarized.Secondly,the characteristic analysis of logistics space layout of typical cities is summarized.Through literature analysis,the influencing factors and mechanism of urban logistics spatial layout are expounded from six aspects: economy and industry,urban development,transportation,environment,politics and technology.Thirdly,through index selection and optimization,a rationality evaluation index system for urban logistics spatial layout is constructed,including 3 first-level indexes and 10 second-level indexes.And the G1 order relation method and the improved CRITIC method are selected for combined weighting.Then,this paper compares the commonly used evaluation models,and selects the VIKOR method based on gray correlation for evaluation.Taking the key logistics nodes in Wuxi City as the research object,the rationality level of the layout of logistics nodes is evaluated by the evaluation system.The stability of the model is verified by sensitivity analysis,and the obstacle factor affecting the realization of the rationality of the layout is analyzed by applying the obstacle degree model.Finally,the optimization direction of urban logistics space layout is discussed,and the specific optimization path and optimization scheme evaluation system are proposed.The direction and path of future optimization are proposed for Wuxi based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the rationality of logistics space layout.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable logistics layout plan is formed,and the plan is evaluated from three aspects:economy,traffic impact,and urban integration.
