| As a common structural form, truss structure is widely used because of its unique morphological characteristics and efficient structural performance. However, the early design of trusses was mostly based on structural safety and stability and lacked formal aesthetics,so there is still room to explore the expansion of truss forms and the shaping of spaces. The paper takes structural technology as the core, discusses the logic of organizing truss components and the generation of truss space and morphology under the organization of truss components, and finally proposes structural morphology design strategies for engineering practice. The research of this paper starts from three aspects: firstly, the history of truss structure development is briefly described,a classification of early beam truss prototypes is collated and truss forms based on architectural design are discussed. Then, the generation of truss form and space is discussed from two aspects of architectural design elements-environment and space respectively. The discussion of the environment includes a discussion of the natural and human environment of the area in which the structure is located, and the relationship between the structure and the envelope, exploring the influence of the structure on the shaping of the external interface, the creation of internal space and the limitation of internal space.Secondly, the operations on the contour of the upper and lower chords of the truss and the organization of the webs are discussed from the level of the structural component operation, and the logic of the construction of different materials are discussed respectively. Finally,on base of the strategy study of truss components, the architectural design of the pedestrian bridge in Taian High-tech Zone is carried out as an example to demonstrate and the important role of truss components in shaping truss form and space. The text is about 42,000 words, with 120 drawings and 40 tables. |
