Research On The Design Strategy Of Rural Level Service Center For The Chinese Communist Party Members And The Masses Under The Background Of Rural Governance Modernization

In 2021,China entered the second stage of "Rural Revitalization" and put forward a new goal to further improve the efficiency of national governance.Realizing the institutionalization,intellectualization,legalization and specialization of grass-roots social governance and giving full play to the leading role of Party building are the main tasks of China’s grass-roots social governance modernization in the new era.In this context,the rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses,as a practical platform for rural governance,is of great significance to promote the modernization of rural governance.This paper attempts to take the rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses in Huangshan city as the research carrier,and on the basis of combing the historical changes,construction and use status of rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses,construct a research framework of "village group-Central Village-building monomer-Functional Housing-use facilities",and extract and summarize the current design strategy of rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses from macro,meso and micro levels.For the first time,based on the background of Rural Revitalization and the problems faced by rural governance,this paper summarizes the research on the construction of rural governance practice platform at home and abroad,and expounds the purpose,significance,method and framework of taking the rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses as the object of the research.Secondly,under the guidance of research methods such as the establishment of database and Poe survey,this paper combs the historical changes,construction and use status of rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses,and investigates and studies more than 50 rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses mainly in Huangshan City,Anhui Province.Then,combined with the policy guidance,this paper puts forward the appropriate design strategies for the layout planning,functional space organization and indoor space design of the rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses.This paper focuses on the design strategy of rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses under the current policy background,in order to provide some reference for the design of architects and the construction of rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses.We also hope to improve the research system of rural level service center for the Chinese Communist Party members and the masses and contribute to the cause of Rural Revitalization.
