| With the gradual application of touch screens in aircraft cockpits,the spatial distribution of various human-machine interaction buttons has been greatly simplified.It provides more possibilities for the humanized design and diversified functions of aircraft cockpits as well.However,as one of the types of human-machine interface,the ergonomics of the touch screen interface in the aircraft cockpit environment are still restricted by many factors.The ergonomics of the human-machine interface in the cockpit directly affect the user’s operational efficiency and life safety.However,for the human-machine interface in this specific environment,there is still a lack of related ergonomic evaluation research.Therefore,it is necessary to form a systematic and reliable ergonomics evaluation system for the cockpit touch screen interface.The characteristics of the man-machine system and flight tasks of the aircraft cockpit are analyzed in this paper,and the research is carried out from two aspects: system construction and reliability verification of the ergonomic evaluation system of the touch screen interface.Firstly,the application of touch screen in aircraft cockpit is analyzed,and four types of flight tasks are studied and summarized.Secondly,it discusses the establishment strategy of the ergonomics evaluation system and the source of the index,and sets the basic principles for the construction of the evaluation system.An ergonomic evaluation system for cockpit touch screen has been initially established.Thirdly,the reliability test of the ergonomics evaluation system is carried out.Then,the ergonomic evaluation of the selected demo is carried out using the proposed ergonomic evaluation system.According to the evaluation results,the demo is redesigned and improved,which provides reference for the practical application of the evaluation system.Finally,an ergonomic evaluation of the redesigned touchscreen interface was performed again.Then,an ergonomic comparison test was carried out on the touch screen interface of a typical flight task,and the results showed that the ergonomics level of the redesigned touch screen interface was indeed improved.This result further verifies the validity and feasibility of the ergonomic evaluation system of the touch screen interface in the aircraft cockpit.Subjective evaluation and performance experimentation were combined in this research to study the relationship between the theory of the ergonomic evaluation system of the cockpit touchscreen interface and the actual improvement of the ergonomics level.The proposed index system and evaluation process provide an effective reference for the ergonomic evaluation and design of the aircraft cockpit touch screen interface. |
