While truss gantry cranes improves efficiency and reduces production costs,there are problems of long working cycles,high intensity and load fluctuations.In order to ensures staff safety and reduces staff labor intensity,real-time monitoring and remote control of truss gantry crane operating status are required.In recent years,with the rapid development of digital twin technology,the remote monitoring and control of industrial equipment based on digital twin has been developed rapidly.Based on the concept of digital twin,this thesis proposes a digital twin method for truss gantry crane,researches its key technologies,and develops a Web-based digital twin system for truss gantry crane.And the displacement accuracy and time error analysis are carried out for the virtual and real synchronization of the solid model and the twin model,which basically meet the demand of real-time.By using digital space human-machine interface,the real-time monitoring and remote control of the operation status of the truss gantry crane is better realized.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)For the demand of real-time monitoring and control of truss gantry crane,the structure design of the digital twin system of truss gantry crane is carried out,which consists of three parts: physical space,communication system and digital space.By analyzing the main components of each part,the six-layer architecture of the digital twin system is built.And the main modules of the architecture are designed.(2)For the physical space part,the components and motion relationship of the truss gantry crane are analyzed,and the corresponding sensors are reasonably arranged for data acquisition to provide data support for real time mapping of digital space to physical space.The two control modes of the gantry crane control system are designed with reserved communication interfaces to provide hardware support for remote control of the gantry crane.(3)The communication system is designed and constructed for the demand of real-time data interaction between physical space and digital space.Through the construction of Express server and routing file mounting,the development of communication system based on Modbus and Web Socket data acquisition and transmission,remote synchronous control communication network of truss gantry crane is completed to meet the communication requirements of digital twin virtual and real control.(4)The construction of the digital space was carried out.The 3D visualization space was built with the help of the Chrome V8 engine,based on HTML5 and the Three.js 3D graphics library of Web GL.The data-driven design of the twin model was carried out and the error of virtual-real synchronization was tested and analyzed.The interactive actions in digital space were designed by Java Script scripting language,including remote control based on virtualreal synchronization and truss gantry crane limit position and fault warning.Web-based human-computer interaction interface is designed.Users can monitor and control the physical equipment remotely from various terminal devices such as PC and cell phone.
