| The acceleration of urbanization will increase commuting pressure,and public transportation can effectively alleviate the problem of "urban diseases".Cities are actively promoting the construction of subway transportation systems.China’s subway construction has ushered in a golden period of development,during the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" period(from 2021 to 2025),the total mileage of urban rail transit in China will reach 13000 kilometers.The completion of the subway can bring certain economic benefits to the surrounding areas,but there are many risks in the subway operation stage.Since the 21 st century,subway disasters have occurred from time to time,including subway fires,subway floods(subway floods),etc.In recent years,extreme rainstorm occurs frequently,and many cities have waterlogging phenomenon of "looking at the sea in the city".The risk of subway flooding has also increased,posing a threat to the safety of public transportation in China.Under this background,this paper studies the disaster-causing factors,internal mechanism and prevention measures of subway flood disaster,and the main research contents are as follows:First,through case study and literature analysis,15 disaster factors of subway flood disaster were identified.Secondly,the formation mechanism of subway flood disaster is analyzed.Through the Bow-tie model,the causes and consequences of subway flood disaster are analyzed,and the network structure of subway flood disaster is constructed through Bayesian network,12 key disaster factors were finally identified from 15 disaster factors,and the4 disaster factors with the greatest impact and 8 disaster factors with the medium impact were listed.Thirdly,the configuration analysis of the 12 key disaster factors identified.The formation reason of subway flood disaster is complex,and it is a complex causal relationship caused by the combination of multiple disaster-causing factors.Therefore,the 12 disaster causing factors are classified into 5 conditional variables,and the three configuration paths and internal logic of disaster formation are analyzed using the fuzzy set qualitative comparison analysis method(fsQCA).Fourth,put forward measures to improve the prevention and control capacity of subway floods.Based on the formation mechanism of subway flood disaster obtained from the previous analysis,preventive and control measures are proposed from the perspective of preventing the occurrence of key disaster factors and blocking the path of disaster occurrence.From the perspective of theory and practice,the article deeply explores the formation mechanism of subway flood disaster,and puts forward prevention measures on this basis.The research results provide an important reference for the safety management of relevant government departments and subway management departments.More broadly,the research results of this article provide some guidance for the safety decision-making of public transport. |
