In recent years, China’s urban-construction has been developed with a very rapidspeed.As a very convenient and efficient transport-system, the subway transport ismore and more popular.However, today’s cities all over the world are facing muchmore and more serious safty-threat, the newly emerging “non-traditional disasters”as well as traditional disasters are posing great danger to the subway systems.Enhancing the anti-disaster capability of subway system and improving the citydisaster-prevention system are more and more significant.The disaster-prevetion ofsubway system one componet of the large system of city disaster prevetion, it hasits specialities as well as its advantages.This paper is divided into four parts, the first chapter discribes the backgroud ofthis research, research status at home and aboard,and also about the frame of theresearch. The first part also states the content and significance of this research. Thesecond chapter analysises the main problems of the construction of city-disaster-prevention system and the disaster prevetion for metrosystem: firstly, it analysisesthe problems of the construction of city disaster-prevetion system from themacroscopic scale,find out the basic construction components wie city disaster-prevention planning, urban lifeline,disaster-analysis and early warning systems etc.Then it analysis the problem at the mesolevel:the control and influence toconstruction of district-area from the city disaster-prevention system. Finially. Thesecond part of this paper analysises the relationship between the subway disasterprevention system and the city disaster-prevention system: it includes the threatento the subway system, the roles the subway station plays in different level in thelarge system of city disaster-prevention system and its special characteristics. Thethird chapter of this paper is about the construction of disaster-prevention system ofsubway stations.Firstly, this chapter states the philosophy and aims of theconstructuion of disaster-prevention system of subway stations. Secondly, itdeconstructs the system into several sub-systems: including disaster-preventionspace system of subway station, disaster-prevention management system, disaster-prevention equipment system as well as the evacuation and rescue system. Eachsub-system is fully or at least partly integrated into the large city disaster-prevention system at different levels. The detailed strategies and methods ofdisaster-prevention of subway station are stated in the fourth chapter, the stratigiesand methods are arranged according to the three levels of city disaster-prevention:from the macroscopic level to the meso level and to the microscopic level. At the macroscopic level, the subway disaster-prevention system should haveclose contact with other disaster-prevention system of city, at the mesolevel, thesubway disaster-prevention system should develope its advantages and aim at thedistrical disaster-prevention while organically cooperating with districal cityinfrastructure. At the microscopic level, the methods and strategies are aiming forthe disaster-prevention for the subway stations.I hope this paper can provide useful methods strategies and can give some referencefor the research and design in the field of subway station’s desaster prevention.
