Study On The Synergy Between Qingdao Port Logistics And High-Quality Development Of Urban Economy

After four decades of rapid economic growth,China’s internal and external environment has undergone radical changes,and the third resolution of our Party was born,which states that "innovation must be the first driving force,coordination the endogenous feature,green the universal concept,openness the necessary path,and sharing the fundamental goal,in order to achieve high-quality development results at an early date." As a basic strategic industry necessary for a country or region to develop a high-end economy,port logistics has become a weather vane to measure economic quality and competitiveness,and shoulders the mission of promoting high-quality economic development.Based on this,this paper takes Qingdao as the study subject.At the same time,it also conducts a systematic and in-depth study on the synergy between Qingdao port logistics and the quality development of urban economy.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions and strategies to enhance the synergy.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Qualitative analysis of the linkage relationship between port logistics and high-quality development of urban economy.Under this condition,according to the principles of index system construction and their related characteristics,the order parameter indexes of port logistics subsystem and high-quality development subsystem of urban economy are selected to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of synergy.The collaborative degree value is quantitatively calculated by using the collaborative degree calculation model,and the level of collaborative development between them is evaluated according to the corresponding relationship between the range of collaborative degree value and the degree of collaborative development.(2)Build a decision-making model for the coordinated development of port logistics and urban economy,analyze the subsystems that play a dominant role in the process of co-evolution according to the relevant operation steps of Haken model,and predict the evolution trend and characteristics of the coordinated development of Qingdao port logistics and urban economy by building the evolution relationship equation between the two subsystems,and finally put forward reasonable decisions based on this.(3)Using the grey relational analysis method,had a link with the comprehensive evaluation index system of synergy constructed above,the grey relational degree between each order parameter index and synergy degree is calculated and sorted.Under this condition,according to the correlation degree results and the related characteristics of the synergy degree calculation model,specific suggestions and strategies are put forward to improve the coordinated development state from the aspects of port logistics and the high-quality development of urban economy.The main conclusions from the above analysis includes the following three points:(1)The complex system of Qingdao port logistics and high-quality development of urban economy is composed of the port logistics subsystem and the high-quality development subsystem of urban economy.During the research period,the order of the port logistics subsystem and the high-quality development subsystem of urban economy are in a rising state,but as they have not yet formed a benign interaction and coordinated operation,the level of their coordinated development is weak on the whole,and they are always in a state of low coordinated development.(2)The subsystem for quality urban economic development is the sequence parameter of the complex system of Qingdao port logistics and high-quality development of urban economy,that is,during the research period,the subsystem of high-quality development of urban economy dominates the degree of synergy;By further solving the potential function,it is found that the level of synergy between the port logistics of Qingdao port and the high-quality development of urban economy has not yet achieved a stable equilibrium state during the study period.In the future development process,the synergy degree of the complex system can be improved by improving the coordinated development capability between the two,and then promote the evolution of the complex system to a better direction.(3)On the whole,the correlation level between the respective order parameters and the degree of synergy under the high-quality development subsystem of port logistics and urban economy is high;The top five indicators related to the degree of synergy belong to the high-quality development subsystem of urban economy,and it is found that the average gray correlation degree of the two subsystems is close by calculating the mean grayscale correlation.From the perspective of the correlation between a single subsystem and the degree of synergy,it is found that the correlation between each order parameter and the degree of synergy in the high-quality development subsystem of urban economy is different in size,while the correlation between the parameters of the order and the synergy between the port logistics subsystems is almost similar.
