Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Intelligent Financial Model

In recent years,new technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,mobile Internet,cloud computing and blockchain have become increasingly mature,bringing a more and more significant impact on human social and economic development.Based on the drive of new technologies and the development of economy and society,in the face of the highly competitive modern market,enterprises need not only to dig,analyze and deal with a large number of external information and data to solve the problems caused by the reform of operation and management mode in the Internet era,but also face the pressure of fully release the internal financial ability to create value.More and more enterprises are in the dilemma of rising costs and declining efficiency,and gradually realize that the traditional company financial management model is no longer applicable to the new market environment,and a new round of financial change is imperative.The proliferation of new technologies provides tools for quality financial management,and intelligent finance opens a new door to corporate financial change.Enterprise intelligent financial model,as a new financial management model that combines new technologies such as " big wisdom shift cloud area " with the latest financial management theory,can greatly promote the enterprise financial industry to play a role in management control and decision-making support.However,the current research on the enterprise construction of intelligent financial model is still in the exploration stage,so it is necessary for this paper to carry out the research on the construction of enterprise intelligence model.This paper uses the literature induction and comparative analysis,analyzes the essential connotation and driving factors,intelligent financial architecture system,intelligent financial application scenario,intelligent finance development path and development stage,then clarifies the concept of AI,analyzes big accounting,big data theory,ameba management model,and clarifies the supporting role of this paper.According to the theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of enterprise current intelligent financial model construction,puts forward three construction principles of universality,systematization and dynamics,thus builds the four technical support structure of enterprise intelligent financial model,business processing layer,financial application layer and data management,and puts forward the goal to successfully build intelligent financial model.Then,this paper uses the case study method to confirm the enterprise intelligent financial model constructed herein with the successful case of B Group,refine the successful construction experience of B Group,and then further put forward the safeguard measures based on the construction experience.Finally,this paper summarizes the research of the construction and prospects the future development of enterprise intelligent financial model.
