Clean,environmentally friendly and abundant solar energy has become one of the energy sources vigorously developed in the world.The solar power supply system of urban electric vehicles aims to provide electric energy for electric vehicles using independent photovoltaic systems,thus reducing the use of non-renewable energy and promoting the improvement of climate warming,environmental pollution and other issues.At present,the research on the power supply system of pure electric vehicles mainly focuses on the composite power supply system,aiming at improving the power performance and driving range of vehicles.The composite power system is composed of super capacitors and batteries,which makes the cost of electric vehicles higher.This topic is to study the matching of solar power supply of urban electric vehicles.Its purpose is to meet the traffic demand of people in the city for daily work,instead of longdistance driving between cities.According to the requirements of specific power parameters of urban electric vehicles,the matching research of solar power supply system is carried out,and the main contents are as follows:(1)The basic principle and characteristics of solar cells are introduced,and the principle,characteristics and applicable environment of common solar maximum power point tracking algorithms are analyzed.Through analysis,it was determined that the MPPT algorithm to be used in this study is the variable step perturbation observation method.(2)According to the specific power requirements of urban electric vehicles,determine the types of key components such as motors and power batteries of urban electric vehicles,and complete the design of relevant parameters.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the main parameters of motor,battery pack and other power systems are obtained.On the basis of parameter matching,the AVL CRUISE vehicle simulation software is used to model the whole vehicle.The simulation results show that the design meets the expected requirements.(3)STM32F072C8T6 is selected as the control chip to design the whole system.Determine the type and parameters of solar cells used,and complete the overall system circuit design in terms of hardware circuit.Select the relevant components in the system circuit and calculate the parameters;The power supply circuit,startup configuration and reset circuit,BUCK circuit,MOSFET drive circuit,display circuit,voltage and current signal acquisition circuit and power conversion circuit of the microcontroller are designed.(4)The STM32 Cube IDE software is used as the program development platform,the language is C,and the burning tool is ST-LINK.The variable step-size disturbance observation program,the 100 KHz PWM generation program,the software filter program,the I2 C communication program,and the ADC acquisition program are completed.(5)The function test and test of the whole system are carried out.The test results show that the relevant functions of the STM32 minimum system are realized,the buck circuit is depressurized,and the signal acquisition circuit is effective as expected.Finally,connect the whole circuit,conduct outdoor test in good weather,record the data at different time nodes in real time,calculate and analyze the results of the test,and know that the daily power generation of the solar power system of the urban electric vehicle studied in this project can support the daily driving demand of urban personnel.
