| Since my country entered an aging society in 1999,the phenomenon of urban and rural inversion of population aging has continued to expand,making the contradiction between rural pensions increasingly prominent.Aiming at the problem of rural elderly care,adjusting the functional configuration of township health centers and adding elderly care facilities,that is,the "integration of medical care and elderly care" elderly care model is of great significance to relieve the pressure of rural elderly care,improve people’s livelihood,and build socialism.After analyzing the basic situation of the construction of township health centers in my country,the basic policy of combining medical care and the elderly,and the basic information on the basic physical and psychological characteristics and needs of the elderly,this paper conducts field surveys,questionnaires and interviews.On-the-spot investigations were conducted on the elderly care facilities and township health centers and the problems and contradictions in the daily use of the township health centers and elderly care facilities were found.In view of the problems existing in the current cases,this paper puts forward the basic strategies for the design of township health centers and elderly care facilities: integrating space configuration to promote the integration of medical care and elderly care;Maintain the quality of space.Optimization suggestions are put forward in terms of functional configuration,general layout,and environmental details.Through the aging-friendly design,the architectural environment quality of township health centers and elderly care facilities has been improved.The author applies the design optimization strategies and suggestions of this study to the design practice of Yangying Township Health Center and elderly care facilities in Laian County,and demonstrates the practical application value of optimization strategies and suggestions for elderly care facilities in township health centers through actual projects.The research of this paper has a certain reference for the investors and designers of township health centers and elderly care facilities,and aims to provide a certain theoretical reference for the construction,management and operation of township health centers and elderly care facilities in my country.The full text is about 55000 words,85 pictures and 21tables... |
