With the increasing problems of energy and environment,the new energy vehicles that meet the requirements of sustainable development emerge at the historic moment.Among the various ways of replenishing energy of new energy vehicles,the power change mode is ushering in a period of rapid development with its advantages of guaranteeing driving range and reducing battery failure.However,the shortage of charging infrastructure and the unreasonable distribution of charging infrastructure hinder the promotion and application of electric replacement mode,which is not conducive to the further development and innovation of new energy vehicles.In order to accelerate the promotion of charging stations in electric-switching mode and promote the healthy and orderly progress of the new energy vehicle industry on the intelligent and green road,it is necessary to build a scientific and perfect charging network system to carry out systematic site selection,layout and planning of the new energy vehicles charging stations.Based on the knowledge of the development of new energy vehicles charging stations,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the research status of charging stations and their site selection,and summarizes the research direction and innovation points on the site selection of charging stations.On the basis of the principle of bi-level programming,and according to the basic characteristics and siting principles of charging stations construction,a bi-level programming siting model of new energy vehicles charging stations is constructed.The decision-maker in the upperlevel programming model is the charging stations operator,seeking to minimize the construction cost,while the decision-maker in the lowerlevel programming model is the user of new energy vehicles,seeking to maximize the user’s utility.A joint algorithm is designed to solve the location problem of charging stations.The alternative points of charging infrastructure are determined by K-means clustering algorithm,and the bilevel programming model is solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,taking Xicheng District of Beijing an example,the numerical analysis of the model is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm in solving the problem of location selection,which provides reference for the site selection planning of new energy vehicles charging stations.
