After more than the ten years process of introduction,digestion,absorption and re-innovation,China has emerged as the country which own the longest railway line,the most complete technology system and the strongest integration capability all around the world.Meanwhile,the implementation of “The Belt and Road Initiative” brings chances for the export of china high-speed rail.The prospect of China high-speed rail export is pretty good.The Central Asia is located in the midst of Eurasian continent,owing special strategic role and is also the important pass of “Silk Road Economic Belt”.In the background of global economic integration and“The Belt and Road Initiative”,the cooperation of economy and trade between China and the Central Asian countries has been increasingly strengthened.But the high-speed rail industry in the Central Asian countries develops slowly,even not yet appeared in some countries,therefore there are many potential demands.In the meantime,China high-speed rail has adequate capability to export.This thesis selects the high-speed rail cooperation modes between China and the Central Asian countries as the research object.After analyzing the potential of the high-speed rail cooperation modes betweenChina and the Central Asian countries under the background of “The Belt and Road Initiative” and learning from the past successful experiences of high-speed rail cooperation between China and other countries for choosing the proper high-speed rail cooperation modes between China and the Central Asian countries,I provide new ideas for the high-speed rail cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries.Finally,I put forward some proposals for the obstacles about the high-speed rail cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries.
