In recent years,more and more families have broadened their horizons and enhanced parent-child relationship through parent-child cultural tourism activities.However,the current parent-child cultural tourism experience has the problems of failing to take into account the needs of both parents and children,lack of opportunity for interaction between parents and children,and lack of personalized interaction experience.Therefore,this study focuses on the research and design of interactive experience of parent-child cultural tourism.Based on grounded theory and structural equation model,this study builds up a model of influencing factors of parent-child interactive experience in cultural tourism and verifies it,and carries out the design practice of parent-child cultural tourism interactive products of "Tracing of Chinese Studies" based on Kongmiao and Imperial College museum.This study takes the parent-child interaction experience as the starting point to explore the design strategy of parent-child interaction experience of cultural tourism.Firstly,use grounded theory method to conduct three-level coding on the interview data which was collected by semi-structured interviews with 24 groups of parent-child families.Then builds the theoretical model of influencing factors of parent-child interaction experience of cultural tourism in interaction,education,fun,relationship and experience dimensions.Then verifies the hypothesis that these five dimensional factors have a positive impact on user experience satisfaction through the structural equation model,and proposes the parent-child interactive experience design strategies of cultural tourism.On this basis,this study designs a series of parent-child cultural tourism interactive products named "Tracing Chinese Studies" based on field investigation,user research,design element extraction and functional transformation of Kongmiao and Imperial College museum.The product covers the whole process of user experience,and meets the different needs of parents and children of cultural tourism and enriches the parent-child experience through scenic spot explanations,parent-child interactive games,and AR interactive cultural and creative products.It has been verified that this product has a positive impact on interactive experience,cultural learning,interactive fun and parent-child relationships through the usability test.To sum up,this study builds up the model of influencing factors of parent-child interactive experience in cultural tourism,and designs"Tracing Chinese Studies" to practice design strategies.In the product,methods such as voice interaction and AR interaction were applied to enrich the interactive experience.We believe that with the development of technology,there will be more applications of technology in parent-child cultural and tourism products in the future.This study has important practical significance for the design of parent-child cultural and tourism interactive experience,and also provides reference for future innovative cultural and tourism experience design. |
