With the proposal of China’s "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals and the maturity of new energy power generation technologies such as wind,solar,water and nuclear,energy structure transformation has become a major trend in future power development.Under the background of the new power system,the traditional thermal power generation process should not only be clean,low-carbon,circular and efficient,but also flexibly absorb new energy power to ensure the safety and stability of power grid operation.For thermal power enterprises,it is both a challenge and an opportunity.Based on the deep integration of information technology such as big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and the industrial field,the concept of smart power plant came into being.The construction of smart power plants can promote the operation and management of power enterprises to be smarter and more efficient.This paper studies the intelligence of power plants,explores the architecture and key technologies of smart power plants,and designs and implements the evaluation scheme to measure the intelligence of power plants.This paper first studies the concept,structure and related technologies of smart power plants,and introduces the intelligent power generation management and control system architecture and key information technologies of power plants.Secondly,the intelligent evaluation scheme of power plant is designed,and the intelligent evaluation index system is constructed by collecting and consulting a large number of literature,classified according to the equipment layer,control layer and management of the power plant,and the intelligence level is assigned to each index point,and the improved analytic hierarchy method is used to assign weights to each index,and the intelligent evaluation model of the power plant is designed.Finally,Guodian Dongsheng Power Plant is selected as the research object,and the intelligence of the power generation system of the power plant is evaluated and analyzed,and the results verify the feasibility of the evaluation scheme designed in this paper.At the end of this paper,the development of intelligent power generation technology is prospected,and suggestions are put forward for the evaluation and improvement of power plant intelligence.
