Design Of Narcissus Culture Exhibition Space

Narcissus is one of the top ten Chinese traditional flowers,the provincial flower in Fujian Province and the city flower in Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province.As an ornamental flower,it has a high reputation at home and abroad.Its fragrance is overflowing,its green dress is floating,and it enjoys the reputation of "Lingbo Fairy"and "Luoshen".Because of its lofty and tenacious character and auspicious implication,it has also been used as a common element in literati’s works in history.However,in today’s society,the influence of daffodil culture has greatly declined,and the existing measures for its dissemination and protection are not enough.Creative transformation of daffodil culture is an important inheritance form of active protection of culture.This paper takes the daffodil culture exhibition experience space as the carrier to create an artistic form combining the characteristics of the times and cultural characteristics.The narcissus culture is seen as the research object in the paper,takes the exhibition experience space as the design carrier.Literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,induction and analogy are used as the method here.In the early stage,we collected relevant information about daffodil culture,thought about cultural protection measures,understood the application of daffodil culture in history,and studied the evolution of daffodil culture and related cases at home and abroad.On this basis,the exhibition experience space is used as a carrier to spread and protect the daffodil culture.This study combines exhibition space with experience space and sales space to meet the different needs of visitors with different types of space and deepen visitors’ impression of daffodil culture from multiple angles.In the spatial layout design,the oblique layout is adopted to increase the time for visitors to contact with the daffodil culture under the visual impact and deepen their understanding.In this process,modern design techniques are used to integrate the relevant elements of daffodil culture into the design of daffodil culture display experience space.Integrating the spatial narrative theory into the spatial design,the project shows the culture in the way of "telling stories" and thinking.The spatial narrative context uses Cao Zhi’s famous poem "Ode to the Goddess of Luo" as the main line of the story,narrates it in a sequential way,interprets the story chapters of"Ode to the Goddess of Luo" in a split way,designs the spatial layout with its chapters,and guides visitors to gradually understand the daffodil culture.In the aspect of space color design,the color of Gu Kaizhi’s famous painting "Luoshen Fu Tu" in the Eastern Jin Dynasty was extracted and applied to space color design.Through the above research,the design strategy of experience space for daffodil culture display is obtained,so as to enhance visitors’ interest and establish a dialogue between the public and daffodil culture,so that visitors can not only gain experience during the visit,but also play a role in spreading and protecting daffodil culture.
