In recent years,as the consumption level as well as the spiritual and cultural needs of Chinese residents have increased significantly,scenic spots are loved for their valuable social,economic and cultural values,attracting a large number of residents to visit them.At the same time,residents also put forward deeper requirements for the construction of scenic spots.How to better develop and build scenic spots so that they can better meet the more diversified needs of residents has become a hot spot of concern from all walks of life.At present,post-use evaluation studies on scenic spots mainly focus on satisfaction evaluation and landscape evaluation,and further put forward optimization suggestions and strategies to point out the direction for better development of scenic spots,but in terms of data collection,most of them are based on traditional data collection methods.However,with the exponential increase in the number of people using the scenic spots,the data collected by such methods can hardly meet the research needs better.This paper takes Shaoshan Scenic Area as an example,introduces POI data and Internet commentary data in big data,uses artificial semantic analysis,root theory method,sentiment analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and IPA analysis method to analyze the use of Shaoshan Scenic Area,finds existing problems in Shaoshan Scenic Area,and proposes a strategy to improve the quality of Shaoshan Scenic Area based on users’ feelings.The main research results are as follows:(1)Construction of post-use evaluation system for scenic spots.Through the understanding and analysis of the current situation of the application of big data,the improvement of the quality of scenic spots,and the cases related to post-use evaluation combined with big data,the post-use evaluation system of Shaoshan Scenic Spot was constructed from the municipal level as well as the scenic spot level.(2)Post-use evaluation study at the municipal level.Using POI data to analyse the 3 aspects of spatial functions,traffic and road networks and infrastructure,it was found that the construction of internal functional facilities in Shaoshan Scenic Area is excessive,the commercialisation of the scenic area is prominent,the development of each scenic area is uneven and the characteristics of the scenic area need to be strengthened.(3)Post-use evaluation study of the scenic area hierarchy.Firstly,through field research it was found that Shaoshan Scenic Area has internal traffic chaos,uneven development of the scenic area,bare soil,road patching,lack of integration of structures with the atmosphere of the site,inadequate infrastructure,old attractions lacking maintenance,etc.;secondly,through the analysis of descriptive information in online comments it was concluded that users mostly visit the tour alone and for the first time,travel the least in January and March,and August-October show Thirdly,content analysis shows that users focus on Shaoshan,scenic spots,landscapes,Comrade Mao Zedong and Dishui Cave;Comrade Mao Zedong,Dishui Cave,Shaoshan and tour guide have the strongest correlation with other high frequency words.Users’ sentiment preference for scenic spots is predominantly positive;fourth,the satisfaction rating yielded a satisfaction score of 3.367 for Shaoshan Scenic Spot,which is at an average level.Fifthly,through the commentary photos it was found that the visual preference of public activity space,mainly the former residence of Comrade Mao Zedong and the bronze statue square of Comrade Mao Zedong,accounted for a larger proportion,and the spatial distribution found that users mainly gathered in the former residence scenic area and the dripping water cave scenic area,while the number of users visiting other scenic areas was low.(4)Scenic spot improvement strategy based on post-use evaluation.The actual problems of Shaoshan Scenic Area are summarized to include six problems,such as prominent commercialization,uncoordinated internal traffic,unbalanced distribution of facilities,ununified logo design,single space for cultural propaganda,and large number of internal villagers.Combining with the relevant planning theories of scenic spots and the construction strategy of intelligent scenic spots,the article proposes six quality improvement measures in the areas of coordinated development of urban scenery,improvement of internal traffic,reasonable layout of facilities,uniform design of signs,expansion of propaganda means and regulation of living space one by one.Through the construction and empirical analysis of the post-use evaluation system of scenic spots combined with big data,the article aims to expand the application scope of post-use evaluation,make the post-use evaluation research based on big data more scientific and quantitative,supplement and improve the research method of post-use evaluation in the field of scenic spots,provide practical basis for the existing post-use evaluation of scenic spots,and promote the high-quality development of scenic spots.It will provide a practical basis for post-use evaluation of existing scenic areas and promote high-quality scenic area development.
