During recent decades,with the continuous improvement and perfection of structural health monitoring technology,many structures have established structural health monitoring systems.However,due to the interdisciplinary characteristics of structural health monitoring system,engineers often have cognitive blind spots and technical limitations in unilateral design and decision-making,which leads to the problems of high construction cost,weak analysis ability and low level of information sharing in traditional structural health monitoring system.BIM technology has good coordination,simulation,optimization and visualization functions,and can build a health monitoring management system that includes the whole information and the whole life cycle of the project.Through the combination with BIM technology,it will definitely lead to great changes in the information,intelligence and coordination direction of structural health monitoring.In this paper,the visualization of structural health monitoring based on BIM technology is deeply studied,and the main work is as follows:(1)Combining C# and T-SQL statement mixed programming,the development and management of monitoring information database SQL Server are realized.The application programming interface Revit API is used to develop monitoring information visualization function modules,including database integration management module,measuring point positioning function module,monitoring data table display module,monitoring data curve display module,real-time automatic early warning module,email sending early warning module,monitoring data processing and analysis module,monitoring information document management module and finite element analysis software model conversion module.(2)The structural monitoring data processing and analysis module is developed by using the application programming interface Revit API,and the instruction to call MATLAB is given based on the BIM platform.The data processing and analysis algorithm of structural health monitoring is written on the mathematical operation software MATLAB platform to complete the processing and analysis of structural monitoring data,and then the analyzed monitoring data is written into the database management system Microsoft SQL Server to complete the calling and visual viewing of the results of structural monitoring data processing and analysis based on the BIM platform.(3)The secondary development of Revit API is used as the research method for the transformation between Revit model and ABAQUS structural analysis model,and the transformation idea and realization process of BIM model oriented to structural finite element analysis model are analyzed.The three-story steel frame structure model is imported from Revit into ABAQUS.By comparing the structural information conversion of the two calculation models and the first ten modal parameters of the model,the consistency and correctness of the information transmission of the model conversion program are verified.(4)A small-scale structural health monitoring system based on BIM was established by the experiment of three-story steel frame structure.Acquisition equipment was arranged on the steel frame to collect the monitoring data of displacement and acceleration of the structure,and the acquisition,acquisition,control,storage,processing,analysis and visualization of the data were systematically studied.Finally,based on the overall effect of the experiment,the feasibility of structural health monitoring visualization based on BIM is verified,and the effectiveness of the links between key development technologies in each chapter is investigated.
