Research On The Influence Of Government Subsidy On Innovation Performance Of JAC

In the past 40 years of China’s rapid economic development,the rapid increase in the country’s total economic output has led to a significant increase in people’s consumption ability,and the number of residents’ car ownership has soared in the past decades.The popularity of automobiles has not only greatly improved the quality of life of our residents,but also made China’s automobile manufacturing industry grow rapidly,contributing to the rapid development of our economy.However,some drawbacks have also gradually emerged,such as air pollution problems,lack of energy problems.The problem of energy transformation is imminent,and the new energy industry has emerged.The birth of the new energy automobile industry can play a major role in the lack of oil resources and automobile exhaust emissions in China.However,the new energy automobile industry is both capital-intensive and technology-intensive,and the initial healthy development of this industry cannot be achieved without the correct guidance and support from the government.The market share of new energy vehicles has gradually increased.However,since 2020,China’s subsidies for new energy vehicle enterprises are gradually retreating,but China’s new energy vehicle industry is not very mature in terms of technology.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the impact of government subsidies on the innovation performance of the new energy vehicle industry under the current situation of the withdrawal of government subsidies.Combining theoretical research and case study methods is the main research idea of this article.Firstly,starting with the current development situation of the new energy vehicle industry,this article compares representative enterprises in the industry and enterprises that have received more government subsidies,and analyzes the compensation situation and innovation performance of these enterprises.Then,a detailed analysis of the case company JAC Automobile is conducted through the analysis of innovation input and innovation output.In the specific analysis of the case enterprise,this article uses the DEA analysis method.By selecting seven indicators of JAC Automobile,it analyzes the efficiency of the impact of government subsidies on JAC Automobile’s innovation performance.Through the correlation test and analysis of the data obtained from DEA,it obtains the specific impact and impact effects of government subsidies on the case enterprise’s innovation performance,and puts forward questions and suggestions based on the conclusions.To sum up,government subsidies have a significant promoting effect on the innovation performance of JAC Automobile,but with the continuous growth of the amount of government subsidies,there will be a problem of diminishing scale efficiency;The government fails to fully consider the innovative capabilities of different enterprises and the unreasonable allocation of funds due to fund requirements when granting subsidies to new energy vehicles;For enterprises themselves,the strength of independent innovation in core technologies needs to be further enhanced.For the existing problems,the author proposes the following suggestions: the government should reasonably evaluate the innovation ability and capital needs of enterprises to avoid improper allocation of funds: the government should strengthen the evaluation of subsidized enterprises and supervise the innovation achievements after receiving subsidies;Enterprises should improve their self innovation ability and actively play the role of government subsidies in promoting enterprise innovation;In the innovation activities of enterprises,the use of government subsidies should be strictly regulated to maximize scale efficiency.
