Research On The Design Of Intelligent Wheelchair Service System For Day Treatment Based On User Perception Theory

With the support of national policies and the upgrading of people’s medical needs,day treatment has gradually entered the public’s view as a new medical care model.In this paper,based on combing relevant domestic and foreign studies on day treatment,it is found that the design research of domestic day treatment service model is not sufficient,and the unreasonable design of treatment chairs will reduce patients’ comfort,and patients are prone to anxiety,tension and other negative emotions during treatment,therefore,this paper identifies the intelligent wheelchair service system for day treatment as a research opportunity point.This paper uses a combination of literature research,integrated interdisciplinary research,and qualitative and quantitative research.The design process of value positioning,value path,value creation and value realization is followed.Firstly,this paper locates the value opportunity points through market research and user research,and establishes a typical user role model.Secondly,this paper develops and establishes a design strategy for a day treatment intelligent wheelchair service system based on the four dimensions of sensory,utility,emotional and social dimensions of user perceived value theory.Then design practice was carried out to construct the day treatment service system by conducting intelligent wheelchair product design,operating system design on the medical care side and user side,and APP design.Finally,the design validation was carried out to evaluate the user perception quality of the day treatment intelligent wheelchair service system through the cognitive process walkthrough method,satisfaction assessment and SERVQUAL model,and to prove the applicability of the design strategy of the day treatment intelligent wheelchair service system guided by the user perception value theory and the effectiveness of the intelligent wheelchair online and offline service system.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the intelligent wheelchair service system for day treatment through user perceived value theory,clarify the breakthrough point of design value,improve the quality of daytime treatment service,promote the construction of daytime treatment and smart hospital,and cultivate new models and new business.
