| At present,the aging of Chinese population is serious,the number of elderly users in various industries surges,and the silver economy has been paid attention to gradually.At present,wheelchair products in the market are mostly universal functional products for the disabled and the elderly,which cannot meet the needs of the semi-disabled elderly and pay little attention to the emotional experience of the elderly.In this context,based on the theory of user experience design,through the analysis of the characteristics of the elderly,this project carries on the innovative design of the assisted wheelchair products.By referring to relevant literature and market research at home and abroad,this paper made a comparative analysis of the status quo of user experience design and wheelchair products at home and abroad,combed and studied the theory of user experience design,and determined the design level,design elements,design principles,design methods and steps of user experience design.Based on the degradation degree of physical function of the elderly,the elderly group is subdivided,and the semi-disabled elderly are selected as the target users,and the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly are summarized.User research on target groups is conducted.Through the research methods of user survey and user interview,the background information of the users is analyzed,the behavioral process of the users using the assisted wheelchair is studied,and the dissatisfaction and expectation of the users on the assisted wheelchair is summarized.The user portrait has been established,the user experience map has been completed,the pain points of the wheelchair have been found,the user experience demand level has been analyzed,and the innovation direction of the design has been determined.In the design practice,the user,scene and function of the assisted wheelchair were positioned.The design principles of walking wheelchair are summarized and the experience design requirements of walking wheelchair are analyzed.Based on the three scenarios of users using wheelchairs,walking alone assisted by wheelchairs and long-distance travel,the design of the multi-functional assisted wheelchair was completed by combining the design elements of function,shape,man-machine and so on.Questionnaire survey and five-point scale method are used to evaluate the design scheme.The results show that the users are satisfied with the scheme,which has achieved the initial research purpose of this project. |
