At present,the construction of smart power plants is proceeding rapidly.Many power plants adopt a variety of data acquisition and application systems,and some of them even construct the unified application platform of data,which has a tremendous amount of data and users.This situation demands higher information security and better information service.But these systems often ignore the identity authentication and access control of users,which can easily lead to security risks.Most of these systems focus on how to ensure the safety,reliability and stability of power system.With continuous improvements of these application systems,the amount of data has increased sharply,which makes it more and more difficult for users to find the target information.At the same time,these systems tend to provide a unified and indiscriminate service for all users and thus can’t offer individualized information service in an active and timely way.Therefore,this thesis proposes the research of user management and active information service.First,considering the security of data,this thesis implements identity authentication which can prevent users’ illegal access from the source.Second,on the basis of identity authentication,precise privilege management and access control has been realized according to users’ authority and responsibility.Finally,the thesis actively explores a new kind of information service which takes information user center as its service concept.Furthermore,through the research of this thesis,many ways of information service have been proposed,such as login service,customized service of message and so on,which makes the goal of providing the active,individualized and timely information service for users a reality.
