With environment and resource issue becoming increasingly prominent as well as the upgrading of consumer demand,production mode characterized by the simple management in manufacturing industry has now no longer adapted to the new times.As one of the core technology for advanced manufacturing technology and modern management technology,job-shop scheduling palys an very important role to realize rational task distribution and good manufacturing resources planning.It is vital to establish an effective and multi-objective optimization oriented job-shop scheduling model in order to guide the upgrading of the production management for manufacturing industry and promote job shop theoretical research.The multi-objective optimization oriented job-shop scheduling model is studied based on the combination of Agent technology and job shop scheduling technology.Then,an improved multiobjective optimization oriented scheduling model based on multi agent system(MAS)is proposed.Firstly,the most often used modeling methods for job-shop scheduling problem are analysed.The applicability of the MAS method to solve job shop scheduling problem is expounded,considering the characterictics of Agent and MAS.Aimed at the greedy and single-objective optimization of traditional MAS method,an improved job shop scheduling model based on MAS is re-palned and designed.Secondly,a low-carbon oriented multi-optimization mathematical model for job-shop scheduling is established,where makespan,production cost,energy consumption and equipment load are considered.Weighing factor method is used in the model,so ao to adjust the optimization tendency.Thirdly,real-time scheduling algorithm for improved MAS scheduling model and negotiation mechanism between Agents are studied.Then,an interval synergy auction scheduling algorithm based on improved contract net protocol is proposed to coordinate Agents behaviour in the improved model.Finally,JADE and MySQL are adopted as technical means to realize the proposed model.And the information platform of job shop scheduling is built on Web platform based on J2 EE,which is used to.carry out experimental verification.In additon,influence on the scheduling performance under different time windows and different weighing factors is also studied.At last,the proposed MAS model is applied to the physical platform and running instance on the platform validates the feasibility of the proposed model to guide actual production activities.
