With the gradual increase in the scale of China’s high-speed railway network, the high-speed railway station assumes the task of passenger transfer and distribution. However, due to the incomplete match between the arrival time of high-speed railway and the departure time of public transportation, and existing researches lack an analysis of the passenger flow, the level of connection between public transportation and the high-speed railway needs to be improved. The feeder bus has a large capacity, low construction cost, and good accessibility. It has an important role in the rapid evacuation of the passenger flow of high-speed railway. However, there are few existing studies on the connection between the high-speed railway and the feeder bus.Based on in-depth analysis and reference to existing research results, this paper constructs a multi-objective optimization model that considers the least total waiting time for passenger transfers and the least number of buses used, and studies the distribution law of the total transfer time, and optimize the feeder bus timetabling and vehicle scheduling issue. The research covers the following five parts:(1)Analysis of the current research status of timetabling, vehicle scheduling, subscription bus,as well as total passenger transfer time, and the current situation and shortcomings are summarized.(2)Research on the connection relationship between the high-speed railway station and the feeder bus.Firstly, the concept of the feeder bus is clarified, compared with the concept of the conventional bus,and the characteristics of the feeder bus for the high-speed railway are summarized.Secondly, the types and characteristics of the high-speed railway station are analyzed, the characteristics of the feeder transport modes for the high-speed railway station is sorted out,and the distribution law of the arrival passenger flow is summarized.By analyzing the coordination of the transport capacity and time of the high-speed railway and the feeder bus,it is concluded that the departure time of the feeder bus should be combined with the arrival time of the high-speed railway, and the concept of the total transfer time of passengers is clarified. It has laid a theoretical foundation of the feeder bus.(3)Optimization of connection problems between high-speed railway station and feeder bus.Firstly, the concept of a complete journey for the feeder bus is clarified, and the feasibility of the regional vehicle scheduling method is analyzed.Secondly, the passenger transfer process is analyzed, and the Weibull distribution is used to fit the total passenger transfer time.On this basis, the model is established with the minimize total passenger transfer time and the minimize number of buses used.and the Elitist Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm(NSGA-II)is used to solve the optimization model.(4)Optimization of timetabling and vehicle scheduling considering the passenger waiting time at the bus stops along the route.Firstly, considering the distribution of passenger flow of transfer passengers in high-speed railway station and the arrival of passengers at bus stops along the route, the total passenger transfer waiting time is divided into the total passenger transfer time of the high-speed railway station and the passenger waiting time of the bus stops along the route.Secondly,on the basis of considering the uniform arrival of passengers, the passenger waiting time of the bus stops along the route is analyzed, and a calculation method for the passenger waiting time of the bus stops along all routes is proposed. Finally,an optimization model is established with the objectives of the minimize total passenger transfer waiting time and the minimize number of buses used, and the Elitist Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm is used to solve the model.(5)Model application and analysis. The model is solved through a calculation example. When the number of buses used is the same, the timetabling of the even and uneven departure intervals is compared and analyzed. The results show that the total passenger transfer waiting time and the total passenger transfer time of the high-speed railway station can be optimized through the uneven departure interval scheme, and a variety of options can be proposed for decision-makers.To verify the effectiveness of regional vehicle scheduling method, the timetabling of the single-line and the regional vehicle scheduling method is compared, and the sensitivity analysis of the high-speed railway station weight is carried out.The result showed that: with the reduction of the total passenger transfer time of the high-speed railway station, the passenger waiting time of the bus stops along the route has gradually increased. |
