Quality Management Study Of Biandukou-menyuan Expressway Project

With the rapid development of our social economy,the influence of expressway on the society and economy greatly.Most of our country’s highway construction is organized and implemented by national government departments.As the main body of construction project management,the construction unit plays a leading role in the whole project.In this case,the management behavior of the construction unit plays a very important role in the overall construction of the expressway project in the implementation process.In the process of highway project implementation,the construction unit needs to face many uncertain factors,and the construction unit needs to constantly adjust the quality management methods and measures,to ensure the smooth completion of high quality project.According to the regional characteristics of Qinghai,building a set of quality management system can improve the efficiency of the construction project quality management work,at the same time,to strengthen the construction unit to the attention of the main factors affecting the quality,and through quality management effect evaluation conclusion,improve the deficiency of quality management,perfect quality management measures.Firstly,this paper states the related theory of expressway project quality management,summarizes the present situation of expressway quality management in Qinghai province,and generalizes the characteristics of the Bianmen Expressway project,and draw lessons from the predecessor’s understanding of the expressway quality management system,constructed this article’s Quality Management Index,quality management is divided into seven categories: Design Management,Supervision Management,Construction Management,construction project management,environmental management,scientific research management and quality management in Special Period,and explain each kind of quality management.Then the factor analysis method is used to screen the quality management factors of the project,and the results are obtained by the second factor analysis,and the public factors are renamed.Taking the Biandukou-Menyuan Expressway project as the main research body,the factor analysis method is used to screen out the quality management factors that have a greater impact on the project,and the quality management evaluation index system of the expressway construction unit is established.The system includes 5First-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,through the collection and analysis of relevant data from expert questionnaires,the weights of indicators are obtained based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effectiveness of project management,to determine its quality management level as“Good”,but it should be noted that the“Average” quality management problems should be minimized.Therefore,in view of the project quality management evaluation results,put forward the corresponding quality factors improvement measures.The research methods and results of this paper can provide reference for similar projects and have positive significance for improving the quality.
