Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Hikvision Under Digital Transformation

"The 14th Five-Year Plan" points out that "to embrace the digital era,activate the potential of data elements,and promote the construction of a network power".The proposal of this long-term goal makes clear the development direction of manufacturing industry in the future.At present,China’s economy is in the key stage from high speed growth to high quality development,standing in the digital economic times and China accelerate the transformation of the economic growth mode important historical node,how to make manufacturing industry change because of the trend,with the potential to change,realize leap-forward development,become a necessary problem.Therefore,it is imperative to accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.Therefore,whether and how the digital transformation of manufacturing industry will affect the financial performance of enterprises is the focus of our attention.The paper selects Hikvision,a representative enterprise of digital transformation in China,as the research object.The paper uses case study,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis methods,and adopts theories related to organizational change and process reengineering theory to set financial analysis indicators by analyzing financial annual reports.The data is analyzed and studied using factor analysis to analyze the impact of digital transformation on Hikvision’s corporate financial performance.The problems of Hikvision’s insufficient profitability,rigid financial liability structure,imperfect corporate development strategy and sales strategy,and high operating costs of the company were analyzed.Based on further analysis of corporate financial data,countermeasures such as optimizing digital industry,promoting the development of intelligent financial system,improving digital development strategy,and strengthening the construction of smart factory are proposed.By analyzing and comparing the changes in the financial performance of enterprises before and after digital transformation,the paper examines the important role of digital transformation on the financial performance of enterprises,explores the positive significance of digital transformation for the development of computer,communication and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries,and provides inspiration on digital transformation for other enterprises in manufacturing industries.
