Tunnel is a key project that takes a long time and carries high risks during the construction process of highway projects.The complex construction conditions and limited working surfaces directly determine the likelihood of potential uncertain risk accidents in tunnel construction,and once tunnel construction risks occur,their losses and impacts are often enormous.Therefore,strengthening the safety risk management of tunnel construction to effectively avoid the occurrence of risk accidents has important practical significance.This article is based on the theory of safety risk management,combined with the example of Gaoloushan Tunnel on Wujiu Expressway,to identify,evaluate and propose risk response measures for highway tunnel construction safety risks.Firstly,the WBS-RBS decomposition method is used to decompose the structure of the Gaoloushan Tunnel project on the Wujiu Expressway,and analyze the potential safety accidents that may occur in each process.Through literature review and expert questionnaire survey,starting from the perspective of unsafe human behavior and unsafe state of objects,combined with "4M1E",this study conducts a preliminary analysis and screening of potential safety risks behind tunnel construction safety accidents from five aspects: construction personnel,machinery and materials,construction technology,construction management,and construction environment;And using decision-making laboratory research methods,identify the risk factors that affect the risk,analyze the mutual influence relationship between each factor,and screen out the most critical and sensitive risk factors through the centrality and causal analysis of each risk factor,constructing a safety risk assessment index system for the construction of Gaoloushan Tunnel.Then,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)methods were used to determine the weight of safety risks and various influencing factors in the construction of the Gaoloushan Tunnel.The overall risk of tunnel construction safety was evaluated,and it was determined that the construction safety risk level of the Gaoloushan Tunnel was a higher risk.Among them,the factors that belonged to the higher risk included mechanical risk,technical risk,and management risk;The factors that belong to general risk include personnel risk and environmental risk;Finally,based on the high and general risk factors and their key risk influencing factors,safety risk control measures for the construction of the Gaoloushan Tunnel on the Wujiu Expressway are proposed.The construction safety risk assessment system for Gaoloushan Tunnel constructed in this article provides a basis for timely identification of various safety risks during tunnel construction.Through scientifically formulated safety construction risk response measures,the possibility of safety accidents can be effectively reduced and avoided.The research can provide reference and reference for the construction safety risk management of similar tunnel engineering projects. |
