| The Electronic Control Unit(ECU)is the core component of the automobile engine management system,which is responsible for monitoring,controlling and adjusting the parameters of the engine.The normal operation of ECU requires the use of a variety of sensors to collect the information of the engine,and according to preset parameters and algorithms,control the working state of the engine,so as to achieve efficient operation of the engine and emission control.The associated signal generator of ECU is a kind of equipment used to simulate the signal of engine sensor and actuator.Its main function is to provide a simple method for automobile maintenance technicians and ECU developers to test the function and performance of ECU,so as to ensure the normal operation of ECU.Among the sensor signals to be collected by ECU,the data of crankshaft position sensor signal and camshaft position sensor signal are particularly complex and diverse.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on signal generators of crankshaft and camshaft position sensors for sensor signal testing,calibration,cost reduction and reliability improvement in ECU.In this paper,the synchronization signal of crankshaft and camshaft position sensor is taken as the research object,aiming at the simulation method of the synchronization signal of crankshaft and camshaft sensor,the generation method of the synchronization signal of crankshaft and camshaft,and the realization of a crankshaft and camshaft synchronization signal generator combined with MCU and FPGA.In this paper,the key technologies designed for crankshaft camshaft synchronization signal generator based on MCU and FPGA are studied as follows.(1)The simulation method that has been completed is implemented based on MCU,and a crankshaft camshaft signal generator is designed by combining FPGA.The whole design content of the signal generator includes requirement analysis based on ECU working conditions and actual user operation experience,component selection based on requirement analysis,schematic design based on component electronic characteristics and actual requirements,PCB layout and wiring design based on schematic,and finally PCB board making,component procurement and prototype welding.The crankshaft camshaft signal generator designed in this paper can solve the problems of poor portability and complicated operation of existing signal generators.The crankshaft camshaft signal generator designed in this paper can realize the synchronous generation of crankshaft and camshaft sensor signals.(2)Aiming at the problems of poor portability and complicated operation of the existing signal generator,a synchronization signal generator is designed.The signal generator uses Android mobile phone as the upper computer and MCU and FPGA as the lower computer to develop the embedded system.The upper computer provides a good human-computer interaction experience and can realize the configuration of parameters,while the lower computer is responsible for the analog generation of the required signals and the external occurrence of signals.The synchronous signal generator designed in this paper can realize the synchronous generation of crankshaft and camshaft sensor signals.(3)Based on the above description,this paper develops the crankshaft camshaft synchronization signal generation system based on MCU and FPGA,and completes the prototype of the crankshaft camshaft synchronization signal generator.The synchronization signal generator mainly includes crankshaft and camshaft synchronization signal parameter configuration module,crankshaft and camshaft synchronization signal simulation generation module and crankshaft and camshaft synchronization signal generation module.After testing,the crankshaft and camshaft synchronization signals simulated by this synchronization signal generator can start normally and affect the operation of ECU. |
