The electronic control fuel injection system is the key technology of the modern engine,by researchers in this field extensive and lasting concern. Various types of sensors in controlis a prominent characteristic of EFI, comprehensive monitoring and signal analysis andprocessing of the sensor has become the car use and maintenance of an important link in theprocess of important. In view of important sensors in EFI, this paper collection, monitoring and analysis ofvarious types of sensor signal, built the experimental bench prototype with generalsignificance, and features of fault signals are analyzed in detail. The specific work is asfollows:1. Analyses the composition, the structure of electronic control gasoline engine workingprinciple and electric control signal.2. A sensor signal monitoring test and fault simulation test bench box bench was builtusing the2JZ-GE VVT-i engine manufactured by Toyota Corporation as the research object.3. Using the FSA450analyzer of V3.4software as the platform, simulate and multipleconditions to complete each sensor on the bench test. The research proved that the implementation of dynamic detection of each sensor in theelectronic control gasoline together with the advantages of computer technology can achievethe detection in a variety of conditions and judgment function and obtain real-time outputwaveform images and data information; at the same time, integrate diagnostic data from ECUto obtain decisive information for the diagnosis and maintenance will help to overcomeinadequacies of vehicle fault auto diagnosis system and decoder diagnosticcapability;improve the efficiency of the fault diagnosis and has higher significance forpractical application guidance.
