| With the rapid development of modern information technology and the advent of the era of digital economy,new business forms and new models emerge in endlessly in China,and innovation has become a strong engine to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.M City Service Trade Industrial Park is a software and information industry cluster built by M City government.Driven by Internet+technological innovation,it takes software information,big data,Internet and e-commerce as its main direction,and strives to build a leading area for emerging industries and a gathering place for high-end talents.H Internet+Innovation Research Center project is located in the Service Trade Industrial Park of M City.It is a comprehensive service building focusing on administrative office,scientific and technological research and development,industrial service,etc.After the completion of the project,it can absorb more than 200 service outsourcing enterprises and drive the development of e-commerce live broadcasting,technology finance,technology research and development and other industries.This paper takes the construction project of Building 1 of the H project as the research object.The project has a large construction volume and the construction time is urgent,which is of great significance to the investment attraction and economic development of M City.Once the project is delayed,will directly affect the investment project smoothly,affect the image of the government,at the same time upset industrial park subsequent project layout.cause the passive and the late construction cost increase,is not conducive to the sustainable development of the Internet industry,therefore,this project project schedule management is very important.In the Building 1 of the H project the key chain technology is adopted to optimize the progress management of the construction project under the delay of the project commencement.Through the literature research method,fully consult the domestic and foreign project progress management,construction field project progress management and key chain technology literature,summarize the research results and application of key chain technology in the field of construction.Through the field research method,in-depth construction site research,analysis of the risks of project progress management.Through the key chain method,optimize the project schedule based on the original Gantt diagram.Firstly,identify the logical relationship between processes and use the estimation method based on PERT;Secondly,consider the resource constraints,draw the network diagram to find the key chain;then,through the improved comprehensive algorithm,introduce the buffer time,set the buffer zone.Finally,the construction period guarantee system is established to guarantee the system and resources to avoid the risk of delay.The result of the optimization and control of the progress management of Building 1 of Project H is that through the optimization,the project is actually completed 97 days ahead of the original plan,ensuring the smooth implementation of the project and avoiding the project quality and safety problems caused by the transition deadline.At the same time,it expands the application field of the key chain theory,and provides the case reference for the progress plan,buffer zone calculation,progress control and other aspects for the construction project progress research,which has the reference significance for the construction progress management in the construction field. |
