| With the vigorous development of China’s economy,the huge consumer market has made China a leading country in automobile production and sales in the world.The auto parts industry has also been pioneering and advancing with the development of the automobile industry.Independent auto components brands are also stepping forward in the shadow of many foreign and joint venture auto parts manufacturing enterprises,and outstanding independent auto components manufacturers have ushered in new opportunities for the development of domestic replacement.QA auto components company,as an independent auto components enterprise,is also breaking forward with the opportunity of industrial development,but there is still a big gap between the internal management of the company and foreign enterprises and domestic leading enterprises,especially in the understanding and operation of performance evaluation,which is much weaker.Based on QA company as the research object,this paper firstly makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of its performance evaluation by means of questionnaire.Based on the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the results of the questionnaire and summarizes the problems existing in the current performance evaluation of QA company.Then this paper fully investigates and draws on the practical experience of domestic and foreign outstanding auto parts companies in performance evaluation,and gives the reference content of QA companies in performance evaluation optimization.Then combined with the experience of excellent enterprises at home and abroad and the problems of the current situation of performance evaluation,this paper targeted the optimization of the performance evaluation system,including the optimization of the performance evaluation system,performance evaluation indicators and performance evaluation process.Compared with the existing performance evaluation system of QA company,the optimized performance evaluation system has the following advantages:(1)the performance evaluation system has been systematically built;(2)The performance evaluation index is related to the strategic goal and the index system has been established and improved;(3)The performance evaluation process has been standardized;(4)The results of performance evaluation have more abundant applications;(5)There are specific guidelines for performance communication.Finally,the paper puts forward some safeguard measures for the optimized performance evaluation system,such as company organization,company personnel and company culture,to help the implementation of the performance evaluation system.After the above optimizations and improvements,it is hoped to improve the performance evaluation system of QA company to change the unscientific performance evaluation index,the formalistic evaluation process,the single applied evaluation result and other problems,and also to provide the same type of auto parts enterprises with the experience of performance evaluation system optimization. |
