In modern industrial and domestic heating methods,induction heating has many benefits over traditional heating methods,such as clean heating mode,efficient heating efficiency,and good uniformity of heating effect,so it has become an influential core heating technology.Particularly in the national environment of advocating green environment,induction heating technology is being widely used in all sectors,and it is developing in the direction of operating intelligently,with high frequency and diversified applications,so it is of great significance to study the technology related to induction heating system.In order to solve the problem of low power induction heating power supply,this paper researches and designs the high frequency low power induction heating power supply and designs the magnetic circuit of induction heater optimally,mainly to complete the following work.Firstly,this paper elaborates on the basic principle of induction heating,and analyzes the effects incidental to the induction heating process,analyzes the topology of induction heating circuit and finally selects series full-bridge inverter as the topology of this paper.Analyzes the applicable power and frequency range of the switching tube and chooses MOSFET as the switching tube of the inverter bridge,analyzes and compares the regulating power mode,and selects the power regulating.Through the analysis and comparison of regulating power methods,the power shifting method with large range and high regulation accuracy is selected.Next,this paper designs the hardware circuit and software program of induction heating power supply.The hardware design mainly includes the main control circuit,full-bridge inverter circuit,switching tube drive circuit,over-voltage and over-current protection circuit,etc.The software design mainly includes the main system program design,system voltage and current protection program,upper computer communication program,etc.Through the software program to control the hardware circuit,the hardware circuit outputs the expected signal to Complete the realization of system functions.At the same time,finite element analysis software is used to model the induction heater electromagnetic heat field in 3D,to design the magnetic circuit,to improve the magnetic line utilization,so as to improve the heating efficiency,and to conduct controlled variable simulation experiments on the parameters of the magnetic conductor,to optimize the magnetic circuit design,to understand the influence of the height and thickness of the magnetic conductor on the flux modulus density and the heating rate,and finally to select the most suitable optimized parameters of the magnetic conductor for the design of this paper.Finally,the experimental platform of the induction heating system is built,and the experimental test results confirm the feasibility of the circuit design,the output power factor of the power supply reaches above 0.9,and the feasibility of the magnetic circuit design methodology is confirmed,and the heating load heating rate of the induction heater is increased by at least 3 times after the magnetic circuit design,which provides guidance and reference value for practical production.
