Research On Value Co-creation Mechanism Of Strategic Emerging Industries Innovation Network In The Digital Context

At present,vigorously developing strategic emerging industries(SEI)is a major strategic choice for China to transform the mode of economic development and cultivate competitive advantage.SEI focus on key technology breakthroughs,and emerging technology innovation is characterized by complexity,uncertainty,difficulty in research and development,and high demand for diversity of innovation resources,so it is more necessary to use innovation network for cooperative innovation.With the deepening integration of big data,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies with SEI,the boundary of SEI innovation network is weakening,which is conducive to the cooperation and innovation of multiple subjects with the help of digital technology and relevant digital services to achieve value co-creation.Driven by the digital context,how to realize the value co-creation of SEI innovation network efficiently and continuously is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of SEI innovation network.Therefore,this paper studies the value co-creation mechanism of SEI innovation network in the digital context.Based on the research status of industrial innovation network and value co-creation,this paper expounds the connotation,characteristics and structure of SEI innovation network,analyzes the motivation and goal of value co-creation,and analyzes the synergistic effect of value co-creation process and the circular effect in combination with the digital context.Based on this,a value co-creation mechanism of SEI innovation network is designed,which includes the process mechanism of value co-creation and the guarantee mechanism of value co-creation.The value co-creation process mechanism includes: starting from the two key elements of resources and capabilities,the resource interaction mechanism based on digital platform and the co-creation capability enhancement mechanism based on evaluation model are constructed respectively.Based on this,the value co-creation promotion strategies of the value co-creation process in the digital context are further proposed.The value co-creation guarantee mechanism includes: the cooperative relationship maintenance mechanism is proposed from four aspects combining with digital empowerment;And the profit distribution mechanism considering digital risk is designed.The continuous cycle of SEI innovation network value co-creation in the digital context is guaranteed through both relationship and benefit.Finally,an empirical study is carried out on the intelligent network-connected automobile industry innovation network to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism designed in this paper.The research on the value co-creation mechanism of strategic emerging industries innovation network in digital context is helpful to enrich the theoretical research on innovation network and value co-creation in digital context.It is of great practical significance to improve the stability of innovation network and promote the breakthrough of key generic technologies in strategic emerging industries.
