| With the development of urbanization in my country and the continuous increase of urban population,the demand of urban residents for urban public service space is also gradually increasing.Community public service space is an urban public space closely related to citizens,and the creation of community public service space is also an inevitable trend of future community construction and development.This topic takes the theory of communicative behavior as the main element,breaks the boundaries of space,and enhances the flexibility of space.By analyzing and deconstructing the concept,composition and function of the theory of communication behavior and community public service space,the rationality of communication in the construction of community public service space is discussed,and it can provide accessibility and convenience for the life of community residents.with diverse community service.Based on the research on the theory of communicative behavior,this topic proposes the principles and methods of community communicative space design,as well as the application of design strategies in practical projects.The research holds that community public service space can directly correlate with community residents,and to a large extent determines the quality and level of life of community residents.From the perspective of communicative behavior theory,effective community public service space design can empower communities and promote neighborhood interaction and communication.In this project,the author proposes:"Accessibility,open sharing,functional compound,continuity and aboriginality" five of the original design,summarized the "create contact with an open design,the compound use of many ages and space for regional culture" three big design strategy,hopes to community service function and the integration of communicative behavior,stimulate vitality community,promote neighborhood interaction and enhance community cohesion.Finally,the author takes the old community of Chaoyang Sancun,Tianning District,Changzhou city as the object of design practice.Through a series of targeted research,analysis and positioning,the author proposes to activate the keynote of community public service space by creating communication behaviors.Establish the design strategy of "community public service space function composite three-dimensional,dynamic space moving line and diversified space"to achieve a win-win situation of community public service space and residents. |
