The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradiction in my country’s society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development.Due to the needs of material culture,people gradually have higher and higher requirements for the building environment.The indoor air environment of a building is directly related to the health of users.Due to its special geographical factors,plateau mountain cities have formed a relatively special natural climate.And the current research on this at home and abroad is relatively blank,so it has certain research significance.In this paper,the CFD software FLUENT is used to simulate the wind environment of typical buildings in Kunming,a city in plateau and mountainous areas,to provide an optimization method for indoor architectural wind environment from various design perspectives,and try to extend the results and methods to the architectural design of other cities in plateau and mountainous areas.with practice.This paper mainly conducts the following research:(1)Collect and summarize relevant specifications and literature materials,and construct an indoor wind environment evaluation system for residential buildings from the perspectives of wind pressure difference between front and rear facades,ventilation paths,air age,and wind speed.The group layout and unit type of residential areas in Kunming are classified and studied,and the group layout and single building design styles of residential buildings with high frequency of use in Kunming are counted.(2)Select typical residential areas,typical residential buildings,and typical apartment types according to the results of the layout and type of residential buildings in Kunming.After determining the dominant wind speed and wind direction in each season,the indoor wind environment simulation is carried out on the lower,middle and top floors of the target building respectively.Analysis and evaluation were carried out from the perspectives of wind pressure difference between front and rear facades,ventilation paths,wind speed,and air age,to find out the influencing factors that affect the indoor wind environment comfort of typical residential buildings in Kunming.Problems such as unreasonable ventilation paths,low indoor ventilation efficiency,and excessive indoor wind speed were found.The indoor air environment problems of typical residential units in Kunming are counted,summarized and summarized,and the indoor air environment optimization objectives of residential buildings in Kunming are randomly determined,and relevant optimization strategies are formulated.(3)Optimizing the layout of building groups and individual building units for the research objects,and comparing the optimization results.Comparisons were made in terms of wind speed,air age,ventilation efficiency and ventilation path.The feasibility of the optimization strategy is verified.Then,from the aspects of the planning and design outside the residential area,the planning and design in the residential area,and the design of the single building in the residential area,the research on the optimal design of the indoor wind environment of the residential buildings in the plateau and mountainous areas is carried out.This paper puts forward the optimization strategies related to the indoor wind environment of residential buildings in plateau and mountainous cities represented by Kunming,formulates relevant optimization processes and strategies,and establishes an evaluation system for the indoor wind environment of residential construction to provide urban architectural planners with residential buildings some advices. |
