Research On Recycling Benefit Of Express Plastic Packaging In J Province Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

In recent years,the booming development of e-commerce has greatly changed people’s shopping mode and consumption concept.This phenomenon also leads to the rapid development of logistics and express industry,but there are many problems in this development,a large amount of express plastic packaging garbage can not be properly treated,thus polluting the environment and causing a large amount of waste of resources,which is contrary to the concept of sustainable development of our country.In the context of the country’s vigorous advocacy of carbon neutrality,reverse recycling of express plastic packaging has gradually become a requirement.The recycling process of express plastic packaging is a long process,and the efficiency of express recycling is affected by many factors.J Province selected in this paper is an economically developed province in East China,and also one of the most developed areas in logistics and express delivery industry.The research results are representative.This article from logistics express enterprises,plastic packaging production enterprises,express customers’ consumption concept,the government’s related policies to study four aspects.The factors that relatively affect the highest recycling efficiency of express plastic packaging can be screened out from each subdivision level of these four aspects,and corresponding strategies can be provided accordingly,so as to make the recycling of express plastic packaging more efficient.Based on this,this paper will carry out a lot of research on relevant theories,and fully understand the recycling status of express plastic packaging waste in China by referring to relevant literature at home and abroad.Firstly,the form,composition and performance of express packaging of logistics enterprises in China are described.Then several forms of plastic packaging materials in China and the application of new degradable materials in express packaging are discussed.Then it analyzes some ideas of consumers to participate in the recycling of express plastic packaging.Finally,some relevant policies about green packaging recycling are studied,different policies will cause the recycling benefit to be different.This paper adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and ahp method to study the recycling benefit of express package.This method combines qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation.Can transform qualitative problem into quantitative calculation according to fuzzy mathematics membership degree theory.It is more systematic,the calculation results are more clear.Can better solve some difficult to quantify the problem,more suitable for some non-deterministic problems.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,empirical analysis is carried out,and fuzzy consistent matrix is used to test the consistency of the factors affecting the recycling benefit of express plastic packaging,which can provide strong practical and theoretical support for the recycling market of express plastic packaging.At the end of this paper,the author also puts forward unique views on the difficulties of recycling express plastic packaging,and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.The research on smart search service of university libraries has important theoretical and practical significance: in theory,it provides a new guiding direction for the operation of the search service mode of smart libraries,and in practice,it provides certain reference for the future development trend by combining the current situation of smart search service.
