The rapid development of e-commerce has led to a sudden increase in the volume of express packaging.These waste express packaging poses great challenges to the environment.Recycling express packaging can effectively alleviate this problem.Therefore,how to build an efficient reverse logistics system for express packaging has become an urgent problem to be solved.The location and transportation path of the express packaging recycling station are key factors that affect the efficiency of the entire reverse logistics system.In practical situations,the reasonable location and optimal transportation path of express packaging recycling stations are mainly influenced by factors such as candidate point location,express recycling volume,and recycling distance.Furthermore,there is often a constraint relationship between the reasonable location of recycling stations and their optimal transportation path.On the one hand,the location of the recycling station will affect the route of express packaging transportation,thereby affecting the efficiency and cost of transportation.On the other hand,better transportation solutions also place higher demands on the location of recycling stations.Furthermore,in the process of designing a reverse logistics system for express packaging,it is reasonable and necessary to consider both the location of the recycling station and the transportation path simultaneously.Considering that the recycling volume of express packaging can lead to differences in the location of recycling stations and transportation plans,optimizing the coordination problem between the location and path of express packaging recycling stations on the basis of considering changes in the recycling volume of express packaging has important practical significance for building an economically efficient reverse logistics system for express packaging.The main research content of this article is as follows:Firstly,a mathematical description of the recycling volume of express packaging was conducted,and a collaborative optimization model for the location and path of the recycling station in reverse logistics of express packaging was constructed based on the relationship between the location of the recycling station and the transportation path.Based on the analysis of residents’ willingness to recycle,this study comprehensively considered the market price,government subsidies,enterprise profit distribution and other factors of express packaging,and then made a mathematical description of the amount of recovery of express packaging.Finally,a collaborative optimization model for recycling bin location path was established by analyzing the interaction between recycling volume and recycling bin location path.Secondly,based on the collaborative optimization model,a collaborative optimization model for the location path of express packaging recycling stations under uncertain conditions was constructed.This section of the study analyzes the influencing factors of the total amount of express packaging within the radiation range of the collection point,and mathematically describes the uncertainty set of express packaging recycling.On this basis,a collaborative optimization model for the location path of express packaging recycling stations under uncertain conditions was constructed.Finally,this article takes A Recycling Company as an example to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm design in this paper.A case study was conducted on A Recycling Company,and based on this,four different scenarios were designed for comparative analysis of the results.The research results and innovative points of this article are as follows:(1)Quantify the recycling volume of express packaging more scientifically and clearly,and then construct a collaborative optimization model for the recycling path of express packaging recycling stations with the goal of minimizing costs;(2)Establish a robust optimization model to address the impact of uncertainty in the total amount of express packaging within the radiation range of the collection point on the planning of express packaging recycling,and ultimately obtain a decision plan that takes into account both economy and stability.
